A recipe guide for liberation
In a time when making sense of our world can feel challenging, we lean on the time Language and metaphor are more than just tools that help us communicate, they shape the way we see the world and form the stories that help us make meaning. Juice and Sauce is HAPPI’s metaphorical language and framework intended to help people see beyond the toxicity of our times and create a future worth living for. Essentially, this is a story about turning our creative juice into special sauce.

In this video, Gabi describes the phenomenon known as “The Thirst Trap”. These are pervasive patterns of short term juice boosts that ultimately leave us more depleted than when we started and are important for us to understand if we want to be able to make our special sauce!

The Cook Book is a compilation of all the different recipes people have made using the story and language presented above.
We first used this language to help us develop recipes to help people facilitate dialogue and connection that leads to culture creation. Now this story is expanding, remixing, and iterating - and it does so through you!
