At HAPPI, we believe that creating cultures of connection and care is among the most important work of our time. This happens over long periods of time, but simultaneously it occurs in moments - moments when we gather together, in celebration, in grief, in collaboration, or simply to share a meal together.

Happi Holidays
Culture exists in cycles. It is built on traditions of gathering year after year, in a predictable and replicable way. If you want to know a community, understand their holidays.
It is from this perspective that we began to ask, what are the holidays of the culture we want to live into? What do we gather around - or rather what gathers us? And when are we gathered - and to do what?
The following are our humble answers to those questions. May these traditions feed the world to come, a regenerative and liberated future that is sprouting in each of our hearts and minds.
